Refund Policy

Because our online data service delivers your car registration results instantly, we cannot accept cancellations once payment has been made.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and purchasing a car check on our website, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a cancellation period.
You also expressly request that we begin the service immediately, which means you will lose your right to cancel the Contract after payment is completed. 

If you purchase a Gold Report and it includes data for fewer than 2 alternative vehicles, we will refund you the difference between the Gold and Silver Report prices.
This refund is processed manually after we receive your request and verify the report.
